DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT FEES?
Import fees depend on your location. We are not responsible for import fees.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We ship our products using DHL Iceland. When the order arrives in your country the domestic DHL carrier will deliver the package.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP THE ORDER?
After receiving the order we typically dispatch the same day. Shipping times vary between countries. If you really need to know you can contact us and we can provide you with an estimation for your country.
WHERE ARE THE PURITY HERBS PRODUCTS MADE?
Our factory is located in a small town in northern Iceland called Akureyri and all our products are created there. It has been situated there since the company was founded in 1994.
DOES PURITY HERBS TEST ON ANIMALS?
No, we are very much against animal testing. We deeply respect animal life and hope all companies will stop testing their products on animals in the near future.
ARE ALL PURITY HERBS PRODUCTS PARABEN FREE?
Yes, all our products are free from parabens and other harmful substances.
WHERE CAN I BUY THE PURITY HERBS PRODUCTS IN REYKJAVÍK?
in Reykjavik the products are available in almost every pharmacy and "Heilsubúðin" also all "Icewear" stores and The Penninn Eymundsson stores, the products are also available in the duty free store at Keflavik.
