HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

It all depends on the total product cost of the order.

0 - 200€	International 38€
0 - 200€	Inside the EU.

We offer you free shipping on orders above 200€ for a limited time.

However, shipments to Asia, Australia, India and New Zealand always carry minimum shipping costs of 30€.

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER, WHAT TO DO?

Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue appropriately.

If you wish to get a refund for some valid reason, we will need you to return the products first.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT FEES?

Import fees depend on your location. We are not responsible for import fees.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship our products using DHL Iceland. When the order arrives in your country, the domestic DHL carrier will deliver the package.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP THE ORDER?
